Easy Ways To Burn Extra Calories Each Day

Walking is the easiest way to burn more calories, but if you feel you don't have time to embark on a walking fitness campaign try adding a few steps into your normal daily routine.

One way to burn extra calories is to park your car a manageable distance from shop entrances and walk briskly around the shopping center. Be conscious of adding more steps where able and a pedometer can be extremely helpful in keeping track of the steps you have taken each day. Aim to take 10,000 steps every day.

Another great way to burn more calories is to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Of course, it is not always practical to do this if you have to travel many floors up or down, but you can always walk several flights, catch the elevator a few more, then finish off by walking up the last few flights. Before you know it you will be burning more calories and feeling fitter.
